Black Russian
Pour one part Sabroso and two parts Barton Vodka into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Stir and serve.
Sabroso Cream
Pour one part Sabroso into a cocktail glass. Float ½ ounce cream on top and serve.
Latin Lover
Pour equal parts Sabroso and Barton Gold Rum into a cocktail glass over ice. Mix gently.
Brave Bull
Pour one part Sabroso and two parts Montezuma Tequila over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Stir and serve.
SABROSO AND COFFEE
Sabroso Dream
Combine 1½ ounces Sabroso with one cup of hot coffee. Add a dash of Cream de Menthe and a dollop of whipped cream.
Cafe Mexicana
Combine two whole cloves, a stick of cinnamon, a slice of orange or lemon, and two ounces of boiling water in a mug. Stir well. Add two ounces of Sabroso, then two more ounces of boiling water. Stir again.

Sabroso Club
Pour 1½ ounce Sabroso into a tall glass over ice. Fill with club soda and stir.
Sabroso and Tonic
Pour 1½ ounce Sabroso and ½ teaspoon lemon or lime juice into a tall glass over ice. Fill with tonic water; serve with straws.
SABROSO AND ICE CREAM
Sabroso Shaker
Blend three scoops vanilla ice cream and three scoops coffee ice cream in an electric blender. Mix three ounces Sabroso with five ounces of cream and add to the blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
Sabroso Alexander
Shake one part Sabroso, one part Barton Gin, and one part ice cream with cracked ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
SABROSO MOCHA MUDCAKE
1 pkg. (18¼ oz.)German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (3 3/8 oz.) instant vanilla pudding & pie mix
¾ c. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
½ c. vegetable oil
¼ c. water
4 eggs
2 jars (1.75 oz. each) or ½ c. chocolate flavored decors
1½ c. Sabroso Cofee Liqueur
½ c.(¼ lb.) butter
Glaze:
¾ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. cocoa
1½ tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt or Bundt-style pan. In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Mix at low speed until blended. Then mix at medium speed 3 minutes (800 strokes by hand). Stir in decors. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes in center. Loosen cake from sides of pan. While cake is baking, combine 1½ cups Sabroso and butter in medium saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over warm cake in pan. Let stand 30 minutes. Remove from pan. Mix the glaze ingredients and drizzle evenly over top of cake. Yields 10 to 12 servings.

3 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
5 oz. cream
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 scoops coffee flavored ice cream
Combine vanilla and coffee flavored ice cream in an
electric blender. Add Sabroso and cream. Mix until
thick and creamy. Pour into tall hurricane glass and
top with chocolate shavings.
Blushin' Russian
1 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz. Barton Vodka 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream 4 large strawberries
Combine ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into parfait glass. Garnish with a chocolate-covered strawberry.
Oh So Sabroso
1 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Mr. Boston White Creme de Cacao
1 oz. Amaretto di Amore
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Pour Sabroso into a large snifter and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients with ice cubes in an electric blender to milkshake consistency. Pour into snifter. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Sabroso Loco
1/2 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Amaretto di Amore
1/2 oz. Carmichael's Heather Cream
1/2 oz. 151-proof Rum
Stir with ice and strain into cordial or shot glass.
Mexican Exterminator
1/2 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Carmichael's Heather Cream
1/2 oz. Sambuca di Amore
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz. Barton Vodka
In a shot glass, carfully pour each ingredient in the
order given, so each floats on the preceding one.
Mexican Mouthwash
1 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Mr. Boston Peppermint Schnapps
Stir with ice and strain into cordial or shot glass.
Do-Be-Do-Be-Do
1/2 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Carmichael's Heather Cream Scottish Liqueur
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
In a shot glass, carefully pour each ingredient in the order given so each floats on the preceding one.
Cafe Cabana
1 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
3 oz. Club Soda
Pour into collins glass over ice.
Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

Pour over ice in old-fashioned glass.
Sabroso Kiss
3/4 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
3/4 oz. Carmichael's Heather Cream Scottish Liqueur
1 splash Mr. Boston Creme de Cacao (Brown)
1 splash Orange Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Chocolate Syrup
Hot Coffee
Pour liqueurs and syrup into Irish coffee glass, then fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate and cherry.
Sabroso-cino
3/4 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
Shot of Espresso
Steamed Milk
Combine Sabroso and espresso in cappucino mug.
Add steamed milk, froth, and garnish with ground cinnamon.
Cafe Sabroso
1 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. El Toro Tequila (optional)
Hot Coffee
Stir Sabroso and tequila in coffee cup, add coffee and a dollop of whipped cream.

1/2 oz. Sabroso Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Mr. Boston Black Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis
Hot Coffee
Pour liqueurs and syrup into Irish coffee glass, then fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh berries in season.
